Was first held in 2003, sponsored by the Croatian Ministry of Culture. The Šibenik cultural summer opened with a Maksim Mrvica concert, a well-renowned pianist born in Šibenik.

Beside the concerts held in the forts St Nicholas and St Michael, many exhibitions, book presentations, plays, and folk music concerts were held.

The Šibenik cultural summer starts in July and finishes in August.
